Definitions

4. Refund Process

Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original method of payment. Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.

Please note:

  • We do not offer exchanges at this time; a new order may be placed once the refund is complete.
  • Refunds are issued only for the cost of the returned item.

5. Cancellation Policy

We understand that you may change your mind after placing an order. You may cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase for a full refund.
